All you have to do is follow a few simple steps:

  • register on our website by filling in a special form;
  • download, print, and sign the ABO Agreement, which will be generated automatically based on the information you've provided;
  • enter your personal insurance policy number, TIN, and bank details in the required fields;
  • download, print, and sign the Service Contract with an Individual, which will be generated automatically based on the information you've provided;
  • submit all the necessary documents to Amway to complete your registration.

The set out documents should include:

  • a signed ABO Agreement;
  • a copy of your personal ID (pages with your picture and registered address);
  • a copy of your personal insurance policy;
  • a copy of your taxpayer identification;
  • the details on your bank account with Sberbank;
  • a signed original of the Service Contract with an Individual.
  • A copy of a document confirming the person's temporary registration in the Russian Federation (only for residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, and Belarus).

Please be aware that Amway only accepts the complete set of documents. You must provide it no later than within 30 calendar days of your registration as an ABO (i.e. of the day when you receive your ABO ID).

Start your Amway business as a tax-registered ABO (IE or LLC)!

To do this, you will have to register with the Russian tax authorities, as well as follow these simple steps:

  • fill in the registration form;
  • download, print, and sign the ABO Agreement, which will be generated automatically based on the information you've provided;
  • download, print, fill in, and sign the Service Contract with an IE or LLC;
  • submit all the necessary documents to Amway to complete your registration.
     

The set out documents should include:

  • a signed ABO Agreement;
  • a copy of your personal ID,
  • a copy of the Certificate of State Registration for an LLC/IE
  • a copy of your TIN and Tax Registration Reason Code;
  • A certified copy of an entry from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities/Individual Entrepreneurs, issued no later than 30 calendar before you submit your documents to Amway LLC;
  • Bank details of the corporate entity or the settlement account that you opened for your activities as an individual entrepreneur;
  • A copy of a document confirming that you are not a VAT payer;
  • A signed original of the Service Contract with an IE or LLC (2 copies).
     

Additional documents for LLCs: 

  • An original of the legal entity incorporation form;
  • A copy of the charter;
  • A copy of the document confirming your right to sign paperwork on the LLC's behalf.
